Just installed new built in

Just installed new built in side by side integra 800 fridge / freezer. Freezer works find, the fridge has all the lights on but does not cool at all. Ran the diagnostics and I got a quick flash of "load 1", "load 2" and "load 3". The 800 number doesn't work on week-ends. Any ideas?
