Just looking for some ideas?

I made a rost for dinner last night and im just trying to think of what i can do with the left overs for tonights dinner?...maybe something with BBQ sauce......any ideas?

mmm...u no what sounds really good...like a Chinese stir-fry or some sort of meat loaf. maybe you should look up on images.google.com or recipe.com...c im looking for recipe idea because i want to show my parents that there is more food in the world besides salmon and chicken legs...lol! ;D

Cut the leftovers into bite size pieces and throw them into a salad....i normally prefer ceasar

How about cutting up the leftovers into 1" chunks.  

If you have some gravy, mix the chunks w/the gravy, warm them together, add a little sour cream and pour the mixture over egg noodles.  

A salad on the side and some instant pudding for dessert.
