Just moved, how to make new friends? nee help?

i just moved from the west coast to the east. im attending a very big school. My first day was today and im a junior in high shcool. I Did not know anyone and it was kinda hard. how should i approach a girl? a guy?

try talking to someone next to you in class about what's going on in class... like a beginning of class convo.

start off every conversation with ' Hey Hottie ' or 'Hey muscles'  both guys and girls like that  :+)

i don't know that much but ask questions if you don't know something and maybe they would want to be your friend.
