  1. do not get broadband from BT themselves...they are so expensive for the top range broadband! look into sky, cause then you can get telly, broadband and phone all for one price!

  2. we have virgin media very rarely any problems

  3. I was put onto a good service provider by an IT friend, they are based in Wolverhampton and are very good, especially if you ever have a problem.

    Their web site is www.allcomm.co.uk

I used to be with AOL who were useless and expensive and I am enjoying savings having switched.

    Douglas

  4. dont go for sky the connection speed is shockingly slow

  5. I get my broadband free with my Sky TV.  ÃƒÂ‚£16 a month, they give me free calls too...

  6. BT are the best, but they are also one of the most expensive. Talk Talk are useless and have non existant back up if you have any problems. Tiscali are slightly better and sky are OK. But you are better off buying What Computer and they have reliable opinions on all ISP's, I have BT internet and it is superb, never goes off and the wireless range is spot on for me to sit in the garden to work.
