well to tell u the truth its accully a good deck the only thing is to trie to keep the only five tribute monsters like 5 the most because you dont want to be playing and your first hand as 6 tribute monsters so wat i do is i put some of my high monster cards in my side deck so that i can change it around.   so i  would give this deck a 7.9 out of 10            

there are maybe 2 or 3 spell and trap cards i would chance  but other than that good

I would look up the idea of a macro monarch deck. You get drawpower from both cybervalleys and allures. Nice job getting the 3 reflect bounders. they are a beautiful card. If you want the basic idea of a macro monarch it goes a little like this.

3 Caius

3 thestalos the fire monarch

1 raiza the storm monarch

2 cyber dragons

3 DD Scout planes

3 DD survivor

2 DD Assailant

1 DD warrior lady

(other minor dark monsters)

3 macro cosmos

3 dimensional fissure

2 allures of darkness

3 cyber valleys

2 machine duplications

(blah blah staples that you see fit)

the basic idea is that the scout planes and the survivors constantly come back on the feild after being tributed and removed from play (by effect of macro or dimensional fissure). This gives you insane tribute power. Scoutplanes are perfect for allure and h**l you could even throw in some dd crows or other low att dark monsters and run a crushcard ;)
