i was watching a show and the girl was telling her boyfriend that he has to have one. i was thinking, wouldnt that take away sensation for him? isnt that a little selfish for a girl to ask? im the kinda girl who believes size doesnt matter, but if you lack in one area, you better surpass in another!!!!! but love is all we need........................lol. serious question though.

i haven't heard of sensation but on this one show they mentioned it would be less firm afterwards, but any surgery has the risk of lost sensation

I'll skip your question because I don't know. With this operation ligaments are cut and thus a guy has less control over the direction his p***s points when erect. There is one excuse for the augmentation surgery and that is after a prostate removal in a prostate cancer operation, the guy's p***s will be 0.5 to 1.0 inch shorter than his original length. In that case the augmentation surgery may be considered. The girl who demands surgery of her bf is not thinking past the end of her nose. Find another gf.

i never had it done, but the sensation is caused by nerves that pass through.  When the supporting ligaments are cut, there's no reason to think that nerves aren'yt cut at the same time, so yeah, there would be a possibility of decreased sensation.
