Just purchased a cordless phone, Gigaband M955 Twin from MAFCO.?

Can't seem to get rid of the hissing/buzzing sounds that accompany incoming/outgoing calls. Any help would be greatly appreciated as their website is not user friendly.

Maybe you are having frequency interference in your area. You should try to call their service hotline and request for someone to come at your house to check for interference. Hope this helps.
