I haven't been able to figure this out. I hear the clicking sound, I can get it to spark, but it simply will not feed the wire. The wheel that turns the wire isn't moving either. Is there something I'm missing cause the instructions are sub par and do not explain how to set everything up correctly.

  1. Check your tip and check the spool, maybe it is out of the track or out of the spool. Also there is a tension adjustment you may need to adjust, where the wire begins to feed into the tube.

  2. Open the side cover of the welder and there will be a tension adjustment by the wheel thats supposed to be turning. Tighten it just until the wheel turns. Dont torque it down too much.

  3. Remove your contact tip, and see if the wire feeds through.Since yu mention subpar instructions, I assume its an offbrand machine, so anything is possible.
