Just purchased an LG W2052TQ

Question

Just purchased an LG W2052TQ LCD monitor, it worked fine until I installed the forte Manager from the CD, now it just reboots and then shuts down before it is fully booted. I am unable to get into the computer to delete the file that I loaded.
