Just purchased the kinsington bluetooth

Question

Just purchased the kinsington bluetooth micro adapter. Vista loads the Toshiba Bluetooth stack software, but will not recognize the adapter (dongle) when I insert it. I have tried other usb ports and uninstalling the Toshiba software to see whether Vista bluetooth would recognize the adapter.When I insert the dongle, Vista always returns an error that it does not recognize the devise and no driver is installed.Any ideas?
