Just received my conditional GC, I am going back up to Canada to bring my 12 year old son back to the usa,?

Can my son attend school in the usa, without a ss number? We are going to start the process with uscis but can he go to school here while we are doing that.

was your son on your application for the GC?

if not then no he cannot just come to the USA. You need to apply for a GC for him as well. also if he was not part of the application then you may lose your GC because you committed fraud. You may also lose any chance you had of petitioning him because he was not on the application.

If he WAS part of the application then he should already have been with you while you were in process. Why wasnt he?

You must also get the fathers permission to take the boy across the border.
