I'm aiming for two days on, one day off of jogging at this point and I'm at approx 1.2 miles in 15 min and my butt is whipped at the end. I'm in fairly good shape (need toning) and at the upper average end of the scale weight-wise. My questions are:About how long (month or week-wise) does it take to become "addicted" to running?How many miles should I work up to to get in optimal shape?Any other tips for beginngers? Thanks!
