Just started running?

I just started running again. im 13 and pretty healthy and I ran cross country and I loved it! I could run 8 km and not feel tired and was 10 lbs lighter! Since then I stopped running i didnt have the urge in the winter. In february I wanted to start running but I couldnt because i couldnt keep up a schedule. finally the last two months ive went and ran 10 km together. Today i ran 4k is it ok if i run that much just starting up I dont feel tired at all and I can finish that in 20 minutes. And I feel happy that I got sportcheck noname under armor to for running. Also In one week if I an 3 km a day would I beable to lose my tiny tiny man b***s and I mean tiny you cant tell if they are man b***s from front view just from side view. thanks if you can help?

  1. Well, I run cross-country (advanced) and am the same age as you, and i'm also a guy, but I weigh about 121.3 pounds. I'm on the lighter side of a healthy weight so I figure if you can lose like 5 lb. you'd lose your "man b***s". Here are some good tips which will basically cut back on the amount of carbs that you eat at dinner everyday.

    Drink Diet Soda (Coke Zero tastes great)

    Eat sugar free syrup

    Someone who eats regular syrup and a drinks a can of regualr soda everyday will cut off 70 Carbs (280 calories?) from his diet IF he switches to Diet Soda and Sugar free syrup
