I just started running again. im 13 and pretty healthy and I ran cross country and I loved it! I could run 8 km and not feel tired and was 10 lbs lighter! Since then I stopped running i didnt have the urge in the winter. In february I wanted to start running but I couldnt because i couldnt keep up a schedule. finally the last two months ive went and ran 10 km together. Today i ran 4k is it ok if i run that much just starting up I dont feel tired at all and I can finish that in 20 minutes. And I feel happy that I got sportcheck noname under armor to for running. Also In one week if I an 3 km a day would I beable to lose my tiny tiny man b***s and I mean tiny you cant tell if they are man b***s from front view just from side view. thanks if you can help?
