continues from title....

so there is a 90 day period thing that they can terminate you within the first 90 days and the employee can also stop working before that time for any reason, so IF, I am only interested in working around 90 days, should I stop working BEFORE or AFTER the 90 days? it's just a retail hourly job so...

thanks

  1. You can quit when ever you wish.  The 90 day thing is basically gives employers a time frame to fire you for virtully no reason at all.

After the 90 days it is a little harder to get rid of an employee because they chave to go through a process that takes time.  Unless the worker screws up major.

But if you do quit it is always good to give a 2 week notice.

  2. It doesn't matter.  BTW, you can leave at anytime during OR after the 90 day period and they can terminate you at any time during OR after the 90 day period.
