  1. Don't listen to your teachers, they are just incompetent people who couldn't get better jobs for the most part

Also, don't take things to seriously,

  2. BE LOUD! in class, dont sit up the front in the corner, but speak up and talk to your mates! Do your school work too, but dont just think about WORK all the time.

  3. if ur going to a school with ppl u dont know then ur screwed for the first week or so but if ur not gonna be new to everyone then stick with ur friends throughout the days.but make sure u make friends with other ppl!very important!

and dont go into the senior hall cuz some immature guys like to mess with freshmeat and dont try and act all cool cuz they will think its stupid.just stay in the same class(social class)if ur a goth kid stay that way if ur preppy then stay that and so on.theres nothing worse then trying to change urself the first year.if ur not happy with what ur in then go for it but i suggest not to.

  4. High school isn't THAT bad....  You'll find some friends that you mesh well with and you'll be fine...

  5. Keep your head down and don't attract attenion.

  6. .Hi.

rules to survive in highschool! -Written by ME!

#1)  When you see all of these movies where people act like there better then everyone else and become "popular" well DON'T i repeat DON'T do that. You will have no friends,

#2)Find a couple of friends and stick with them!! you need to have some good buds to survive.

#3)GET INVOLVED! Getting involved in extra curricualrs are important! Join a club or play in a sports teem. Do one that you like, so you will meet people that also like it and like the same things as you.

#4) Dont get lazy! Always try your best in school to keep your academics up and switch levels if its to easy or hard.

#5) Guidance councilers. Talk to your guidance counciler if something is wron! this will make your high school experiance the best it can be!

#6)go to all events that you can exp. Dances, sports games, movie nights, car washes, fundraisers, this will allow you to meet people and show some school spirit!

    Hope I helped!!!

  7. be in a good circle of friends, that can be depend on and you must study, avoid cutting classes if possible

  8. Don't try to be something you're not. You'll find somebody somewhere in that school who likes the same things you do. Don't believe any he said she said stuff. It'll cause drama that you don't need or want in your life. Also don't at any and all costs avoid drama! It's not fun. If you are who you are and do your own thing people will eventually respect it.

  9. talk to alot of people

  10. BE YOUR SELVE............DONT ACT CONCIEDED UNLESS U WANT UR AZZ KICK

  11. Just pray the good Lord helps you get thru each day. Highschool is not what it used to be. Most are war zones.

  12. Survival is pretty much like a jungle.

    1. Get a tough/thick skin. - Don't let the jokes and/or comments get to you. These people might seem like titans now, but in a few years you will be so much better.

    2.  Don't play the games. Stay away from the fights, words and stuff that start arguments and leads to individuals being picked on.

    3.  Look out for number one. You watch yourself and always watch over your shoulder. Only you truly have your own best interest.

It's hard to believe but true. It's all about time. Make the best of these years. The high school years will establish your mind set for the rest of your life. That's why you have to go in with a clear mind and the set that you are there to get an education and move on into life itself. Learn all the good stuff and ignore the bad. Get the rhythm in place on how your days will flow and work towards the goal of getting through each day, each week and each year.

    Good luck with high school.

  13. study hard and have fuuuuun

  14. It is important to be a well-rounded person.  Study but also join groups, clubs, sports, plays, etc.  Attend dances, games, fundraisers, etc.

Be friendly.  Don't talk negatively about others behind their back.  That will come back to haunt you.

  15. LOL! Just stay cool and just take a little time to take it in. The first 2 weeks are gonna be like WTF?! but after that ur be fine. Trust me I know ;)

  16. find the right set of friends

  17. be nice. never repeat anything you've heard and wear cute clothes.

  18. Find a couple good friends and stick with them

  19. Most people think freshman year sucks, but it was one of my faves. By the time you're a senoir, people will be telling you you're too old to be acting immature. Being a freshman is a perfectly good excuse to be stupid and have way too much fun. Just don't blow off doing your work... trust me. Nobody wants to be the student who can't graduate and gets kicked out 21... or drops out.

Be people smart, don't show off too much and be yourself. Don't follow fads just to fit in, you'll benefit later from being genuine.

Don't smart mouth seniors and upper classmen who make comments about you. If you're going to stand up for yourself, make sure you at least come up to their chin.

Know a subtitutes reputation before you decide to torture them.

If you're going to be on any of the admin's or teacher's good sides, pick the campus police officer. Otherwise, you may get un-warranted drug searches that can sometimes involve drug dogs lol

Football games are great opportunities to succesfully and anonomously gain access into the school and do some redecorating. (Just saying...)

Don't cut in the lunch line. Don't sit in upper classmen seats in the cafeteria. (Or you will be forcefully removed. They may let you off on a warning the first few weeks of school.)

When walking in the hallways, avoid stepping on people's heels. And if you do, and they turn around, that's your cue to say sorry. Or if you're big, glare back. It's not like you did it on purpose.

Have fun, try to do all the work. Summer school is way worse once you get into high school. The school days in high school summer school is longer than a normal school day.

Hopefully, you're smart. In which case, don't do anything stupid. You have a bright future and don't need all those distractions.
