It can be addicting if you want it to be. I've been masturbating since pre-school (granted, I didn't know what it was then) and I must admit, I found it addicting. However, it is perfectly healthy and normal. Masturbation promotes good bodily flow, and allows you to get to know yourself in a new way. While some may frown upon the act, I personally feel its better to practice the art of self love, than to get involved in a less than stellar relationship for sexual stimulation.
