Just suppose (hypothetical question)?

Question

A husband and a wife get into a fight. They smack each other. The police come, and arrest both people. If there is a restraining order, who gets to stay in the house, and who has to leave?

the judge makes the determination

.... the judge should make that determination, likely it will be the female (system is somewhat biased)

This is where the woman is at the top part of the double standerds chart. Usually the woman will get the home b/c unless you prove that she struck you first, she can always say that you did it first and if there is a rest. order, someone should not be there in the first place. Whoever broke that rest. order is in serious trouble.
