Just tell me what to do to lose thebelly fat!!?

ok anybody i know some people have had this problem tell me exactly what u did did u do sit ups and push ups what was it you did and what did you eat

  1. lol eat anything with proteen that's the major thing u need b/c if u don't have some energy to burn then its useless. lift some weights. but mostly run and do crunches and push ups and maybe some pull ups i ride my bike alot and that really helped me but i also weir 15lb ankle weights while i ride and i got for quite a distance and up hills and stuff

  4. CARDIO!!!! i personally love Hip Hop Abs, by Shaun T. It a dance video and it's actually fun. You feel nothing while you're doing it and later, you're like, "whoa!, where did  those came from (abs)" it really is funh and worthwhile!

  6. sit ups made mine look bigger, cause the muscle pushed the fat out more. Cardio was the only thing that worked. I lost weight and my stomach was totally flat. I used a stationary bike 5 times a week. I started at 2 miles a day and by the time i worked my way up to 10 my belly was flat. Good Luck!

  7. To lose belly fat you have to lose overall body fat, you can not target fat in a certain area, no matter what anyone tells you.  Work on the overall body fat and the stomach fat will go with it:

  8. Eat very healthy including a lot of vitamins, minerals, protein and good fats.

    200 crunches in the morning, 200 at night.

    Machines work well too!

  10. NO!! sit ups will only make your belly look bigger because your only working on your abs, and thus making them bigger without actually burning the fat on top of it. you have to do some cardio (like running or elliptical trainer) to burn the fat off your belly first.  

  11. work out a lot. i had belly fat too until i went on a diet plan. i work out 3 times out of the week. i eat healthy foods and i play sports too and i feel great. just do what i did and you will lose weight in no time.

  12. the only way to lose existing fat is cardio workouts. do 30-45 minutes of cardio (running, biking, etc) 4-5 times per week and start keeping track of how many calories you consume.

    you can do muscle-building but it will not cut down your belly fat as you would expect. Muscles help you burn more calories, as you consume them but, they will not break down the fat you have now.
