you'll be fine, the medication just loses it effectiveness over time.  try counting sheep!

uh oh...guess youre not going to sleep anytime soon.  just kidding.  it wont hurt you.  most over the counter meds are still good for about a year after the exp date, but im sure it should still work ok.  are you dozing off right now while you are reading this??ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ...
