Just totaled my car..?

Question

i feel devastated.i just got a 2008 honda accord coupe, now it's gone in an accident because i did not see the car in front of me break..i had full coverage on my insurance, and also a gap to back it up..but it's mentally difficult to get over it..any suggestions on how to overcome such a devastating loss?
