Just want to ask about my new tag heuer watch???

Question

First of all i have a new tag heuer watch its an automatic self winding watch, my question is, is it normal to hear a soft sound when you wound the watch manually? Second, can you pls. recommend a watch winder since i do not use my watch on a regular basis. Your help would be highly appreciated. thanks in advance.
