Just want to ask the validity of residence visa inUAE?

I'm confused on what visa can be applied to our daughter.Our daughter stayed here for 2 months on a vsit visa last april-may 2008,she will be coming here again this Dec for a vacation for 15 days, then go back again to the phil then she'll be coming again by April-May 2009 for a vacation and be back again by Dec 2009 also on vacation purpose.So by Dec 2009 it will turn 7 mos she's out of UAE.Can we apply for a residence visa for her?If she'll be coming back by dec 2009 does her residence visa become invalid?

it shld hv been the other way round.  apply for a dependent visa instead -then she will get long term multiple entry.  it is perhaps not too late - check with the immigration.  dont tell long story.  just get letter fr company to sponsor her as dependent.  and see how it goes.
