Just want to know in ireland if you commit a crime can you be charged with it two ?

years later?? If no charges were pressed at the time ,can the guards change their mind two years later ? What is the time span in which they have to press charges according to the law ?

It's probably a lot like te US in that it depends on the crime.

For example, theft, a few years. Murder, no "statue of limitations".

In other words, murder can be charged 30+ years later.
