Just what happens in the back room?

when a guy is giving a sperm sample for invetro, what happens in the room? Are wives allowed in or are they alone in there and with what??

Wives/Girlfriends are allowed to go back to "help" yes or they can use p**n if they need to.

Your wife can come in with you and help you generate the sample - many couples do this who are not okay with using p**n.  Some places let you take the sample cup home and fill it there, but you have to have it to them within X minutes, etc.

Some men use their imagination (thinking of their wife, let's hope).  More often, however, they have some p**n magazines, and videos.  I think you know how the sperm sample is generated - masturbation.

One tricky part is, you can't use lubrication of any kind.
