Yes, they promised, but they have apparently stopped the disassembly because Bush has not yet removed them from the state sponsors of terrorism list. Neither country wants to be the first to give something up. Both countries are being stupid--AGAIN.

The promise should take effect.  it should come to true.  so, the america is s******g.  it is for good only, so we should appreciate america.

Because Bush would be crazy to trust the North Koreans.  

Bush will promise each and every American a third breast or a second d**k if it will get them to shut up.  He doesn't need our votes anymore and we're too gutless to overthrow our leaders.
