Just wondering. How old were you when you met your spouse?

has anyone here married someone they met/dated in high school?

how old were you when you started dating and how long have you been married?

I was 16 and my husband was 18.

I was in high school but he wasnt.

I met him thru my brother who was also 18

We dated for 2 yrs and then got married when i was 18 and he was 20

We have been happily married 21 yrs and have 4 great kids ages 20,18,17 and 15.

i met my husband when i was 17...... but not in high school..... we were married for 27 yrs till he passed

I had a 8 year relationship with my daughters father i was 18 when we met. It was horrible. I met and married my hubby when i was 28 everything was so much better. I am always greatful i did not marry that loser i was with when i was 18.

I met my husband when I was 22 and we got married when I was 24. We've been married for 3 yrs. now.

I was 21 and she was 16 when we met, she started fancing me and chasing me it took her to 2 1/2 years to win me over. Then we dated 2 years she got pregnant and we got married. We where married for 2 1/2 years and now are in the middle of a divorce.

I'm your happy ending (so far anyway, LOL!). My husband and I have been together for ten and a half years. We met when I was a junior in high school; now we've been married for almost nine years and are the proud parents of two sons. And we really are still genuinely in love! :)

We met at a local teen dance club when we were both in high school but not attending the same school. I was at a public high school & he was at a private academy a few towns away. We dated for 5 years then married after college (at opposite ends of the state) when I was 22 & he was 23. We've been together for over 40 years & married for more than 35 years now! And I still feel like I'm 17 when I'm with him!

I met my husband when I was 14. I'm now 28. He was 17 (now 31) we got married 2 years ago, have 2 children and it's a tough relationship. The relationship is immature and we are in counseling. If you both are mature it can work out.

I didn't meet my husband in high school, but I met him in university. I was 21, he was 23, when we first started dating. I'm 25 years old now and we've been married almost 10 months

My husband and I met when we were in high school at age 16. We only ever had one class together, and were just acquaintances. We met up again when we were 19 and in college, and that's when the sparks flew. Um... Well, we are 25 now and have been married 4 years... so far so good. But, yeah, I actually don't know anyone who dated in high school and are still together.

I imagine most people at that age aren't done growing and changing as people, and many can't change along with their spouses. So, you get a lot of divorces. I know we've only been married 4 years, but I still have a lot of hope for us. We are still very happy, and I hope e always stay that way.

i was 18 8years later there was infidelity on her part and she said she was to young to get married were not together anymore (good luck)
