Just wondering: Is your spouse nicer to you on pay day?

I wouldn't say nicer, but excited.  She's always nice but we both get excited to go out and do stuff when i get paid.  

but yeah... always nice :)

I'm not married, so when I get paid I am nicer to myself.

I'm nicer to my spouse on payday ... I do the shopping but he is the one who earned the money, and I try to buy him little treats and gifts when I shop ... and I usually leave a large chocolate bar on his desk in front of his monitor that day ... but basically, we love each other unconditionally and buy little gifts for each other all the time.  Sometimes we go out to dinner on payday, others we go out on the weekend ... right now we are getting ready to move to a different state, and when looking for an apartment, my husband found some great 'plastic glasses' when we stopped for coffee, and we got those, because all of our glass glasses are packed, and the little disposable plastic ones aren't big enough ... and I got a great 'gawdawful green' one and his is blue ... and we'll have those for many years, and may still drink out of them even when our 'real glasses' are unpacked.

My husband is nice to me all the time. Actually, I have direct deposit and usually forget what day is pay day because my pay stub gets sent to me later through the mail. :)
