Just wondering how many times a day do u take your iron pills?

I take slo-fe once per day.  My doc told me to take it with orange juice for optimal absorption.

My OB wrote me a script for 325 mg Ferrous Sulfate twice a day. I always take 1 a day, once in a while I forget the 2nd one.
