Just wondering how to go about in changing my name and how much?

i am 21 years old and would like to change my name. i am just trying to take off my first name and keep my middle and my last name. i live in arizona but was born in california. any info would help... thanx

You need to go to the courthouse of the city/town you were born in. They'll have your birth certificate there. The cost varies from state to state, so you may want to just Google it to find out how much it is in California.

Don't forget, you need to make sure your bank accounts, credit cards, checks, etc. get the name on them changed.
