Just wondering if home work out?

hi, just wondering if home work out is effective if i just want maintain my shape??, now that im too busy to go to d gym...im also in strict diet....thnx....

  1. Yes but it takes will power to stick to it and you might have to invest in some equipment.  


  2. Yes, a work out at home can be just as effective as one in the gym. You just need good equipment at home. I'd suggest dumbbells, a bench, pull up bar.

  3. Go for a 15-20 minute run in the morning to keep off the fat and do basic things like push-ups, sit ups, lunges, squats, pull-ups if you have a bar for that somewhere. Do these isometric sorts of exercises that keep your muscles active on a daily basis- it will keep them toned.
