Just wondering.. if it is better not to take any pills?

I noticed some pills can cause liver problems and else..

when I said pills.. I mean pills for headache, cough, sore throat, and else..

Just dont take pills and just suffer through the sick till it will be gone...

I heard that if you eat certain of veggie/fruit will get rid of certain of sickness.

Yes, it is better not to take them. Take them only if your symptoms are unbearable.

Yes one must always weigh in the risk versus benefit ratio  before taking any medication for common,simple ailments like cold,sorethroat,headache ,etc.
