Just wondering if she's advanced for her age...?

Question

So i have a baby half-sister-she is much much younger than me. She is 19 months old and can eat with regular utensils, no baby stuff. She has 8 sisters and one brother and can remember all our names without being reminded. She can count to three. She knows where her shoes are and how to put them on by herself, (just not which foot is which). She knows how to follow basic directions, and answer basic questions, like are you stinky? and, go put on your shoes. She is also the most adorable baby ever!

ahhh she sounds absolutely goergous and i say yep  she  will be great loves learning and taking notie o ff all around great best of luck to her future gonna be clever .
