Question:

Just wondering... is this good?

I am about 5'4" 5'6" ish and I weigh 176 pounds. 2 Weeks ago I weighed 182 pounds. ~6 pound difference~ =/ I just made a few eating habit changes which was hard considering I only eat twice a day and I only eat on a saucer plate (Not a dinner plate) So my portions are small. I have stopped myself from snacking and I have started to exercise (a little) =/ Is this a good rate of weight loss or do I need to kick it up a notch?

  1. I'd say eat more.

    Add at least another meal in.

    Keep up your healthy eating habits by watching what you eat and not eating junk, once your down to your desired weight I'd say you could eat what you want though, just as long as you excercise.

    The point is your rate of loss is too high, you should probably be losing 2lbs a week (or a kilogram at the most)
