Just wondering what people consider to be the perfect number of kids for a family.?

just curious no personal reason other than that.. i would like more i love being a mum i currently have 2, my house is always full of kids .. as i said just curious as big families used to be the norm now not so much.. i know im rambling just wondered if it was a money thing or if people are just better at preventing it or whatever sorry over to you..

thats not wat i think but i think this is what people would concider a normal number.

It really is what feels right for you and your husband. I personally would like to have 3 to 4 kids depending on how things work out.

I think it's definitely harder to raise a large family nowadays but absolutely doable. 500 years ago people weren't really worried about saving for college and spoiling their kids with tons of toys etc...Life was simpler... I would love to have a large family. I am pregnant with my first and we will definitely have 2 as it's nice to have a sibling. We will decide later on if we can handle more than 2. :)

My hubby and i have a 10 month old  girl and in 4 years (maybe) we will try for another one. For reasons i would like genetic testing befoe we have another one. But i'd say 2 kids in a family is good for me.

For us, it's two kids (one girl and one boy would be great).

I don't want one child, because I'm an only child and hate it, so I couldn't do that to someone else.

I don't really want more than two, because my hubby is one of three kids, and it just seems that someone is always 'left out'.

So anyway, that's why we think 2 is perfect. :)

i guess that would depend on circumstances. finances, time, etc...what does your husband say? i would have loved to have more but was only blessed with one due to medical condition...endometreosis, and scar tissue...but I'm very lucky to have her.

I don't think there's a set "perfect" number of kids. I think the perfect number of kids for a family is the perfect number for them. It's a personal choice. It's as many as they want and can afford that makes it the perfect number.

For my husband and I , we want 2 - 3 kids. We would love to have a boy and a girl, but we will try up to 3 for one of each.

I have a girl and my baby boy is due tommorow and me and my husband think two is the perfect number of kids because we will be able to afford to get them nice stuff and take them on holidays and give them a good amount of attention.  where my sis has four and can never afford to go on  hols and doesn't give them enough attention.
