Just wondering your thoughts?

We are trying to conceive. I have been doing weight watchers the past 18 months and have lost 52 lbs. Since we have been ttc I keep up with the weight watchers the two weeks before ovulation then after I ovulate I eat extra calories just in case I get pregnant. Is this necessary? I am not saying it is bothering me or anything, just wondering if it really makes a difference. I feel better doing it this way but my sister said it really does not make a difference if I am dieting in the very beginning....

  1. I don't believe it is neccessary to eat the extra calories.  My friend was on WW and conceived her first and second child while on it.  She did not eat more, although she did try to make sure a lot of her food was fresh veggies and fruits.  She has 2 healthy little boys now.  I hope this helps. :)  Good luck.

  2. Loosing weight ha snothing to do with conceiving. I have very good proof for that. My friend dawn is almost about 300 pounds and she is five months pregnant. It depends on your body. Every bodys body is different. When your meant to be pregnant it will happen. Regardless, if your a size 8 or a size 18.
