Just yesterday evening, my freezer & refrigerator started not to cool as usual. Before then, all was working..

fine. This is only a 5 year old refrigerator. My ice cream melted and there was water settling on the sides of the freezer and in the bottom bin. And there are beads of water on the milk and juice containers in my fridge. Why?

Try to clean your condenser coil.

It is usually underneath, but could be on the back side of fridge.

Check if the condenser fan works - it's the one outside.

Then check if the evaporator fan works - it's located inside freezer.

When turn the fridge "OFF" and "ON", you can tell if the compressor works.

Check the water that drips outside the fridge, if it's oily, it leaks refrigerant.

Either the breaker is off or it is broken.
