  1. Depends on the question, do you mean the heavy airspace rules, or a more general why cant anyone be allowed to fly regardless of who they are, how old they are, how licensed they are, etc?

    If you mean the first, I think airspace should stay limited and controlled by an ATC, as without a set of rules it would be a lot harder to get anywhere, the area around airports would be chaotic, the risk of collision would greatly increase, and faster planes would have to slow down as they had no specific routes to go

    If you mean say why cant anyone fly, I think being licensed is crucial as even if you could fly yourself, other pilots wouldnt know how you would react if you were flying directly towards them, etc. Also your a danger to anyone you might crash on or otherwise
