  1. they techniqually can stay in the same cage. It can be tricky putting two different reptiles in the same tank, whether they are the same species or a different species. For the most part uros and beardies have very similar diets and habitat requirements so that's not the problem. It all depends on how they interact and their sizes. you'd want them to be of comparable size atleast but dragons grow a lot quicker than uros so if you have two babies that are a few inches, the dragon will be 18 inches in a year and a half and the uro may be only 8 inches. I would start out w/ them in different tanks and just see how they interact from there. If for any reason you do buy both and intially keep them in the same cage, just make sure you have enough money on hand to buy a seperate cage if there is a dominance issue or they do not get along.

  3. I certainly am not Justin K., but I can tell you that reptiles do not need tank mates and will do better without one. Tank-mates lead to stress, domination and other things you may want to save your new pets from. Lizards that don't naturally live in colonies should not be kept together, and you certainly should not keep different species together.

On another note, both the Uro and the BD need large enclosures to be able to move around, usually 50-65 breeder tanks for just one lizard.

Go look at caresheets darling, you'll need them.
