Justin McCareins or Jacoby Jones?

I had Roydell Williams on my fantasy team as a 4th/5th WR, but he got cut. I was hoping to pick up another WR on the waiver wire. Justin McCareins and Jacoby Jones were the 2 receivers available that caught my attention.

I'm in a 20 team league, so there aren't very many good people available on the waiver wire, but McCareins and Jones are the 2 I'm debating between.

Who do you think is the better pick? Thanks in advance.

McCairens is the number two starter in Tennessee. (Not saying much, but we are talking about the scraps in a twenty team league here)

Jones is fighting Kevin Walter for playing time.

For a backup WR used only for bye week duties, I think i'd pick up Jones.  He is younger and has the higher upside of the two.  McCairens is in a bad pass offense, and although he is starting, he probably won't do much this year.
