Say if a juvenile skipped school and was forced into juvenile court for truancy but also at the same time they had a warrant they was never arrested for when they go to court will they be taken in after the hearing?

  1. The court will obviously know that you have a warrant.  Depending on the kind of warrant, you will be arrested or held until you pay it off/resolve the warrant issue.  

    Keep in mind that if you don't take care of both issues (as in you skip the juvenile court), you will have another warranty issued for your arrest, will be found guilty of truancy by default, and will be arrested.  Don't make the situation worse for yourself.
