how many offenses must one (juvenile) commit in order to get into juvenile hall? Is juvenile hall usually punishable because of multiple offenses? or does it commonly get punishable IF the criminal only committed to one crime? any help? I basically want to know, how many crimes does one have to break to get into juvenile hall? What punishments does one receive BEFORE juvenile hall is a possibility?

  1. 3 strikes is all it takes-to remember-3 strikes and your out!

  2. I would lock the little b******s up no questions asked on the very first offence little b******s.

  3. well it all depends on how serious the crime is.. it could be one time, 2 , 3 , 4 , 5 or w.e it may be and punishments before juvenile hall would be probation and house arrest or community service i believe

  4. you could get it on one offense it just matters how bad the offense was to figure that out

  5. I would think if the crime is criminal.  The cops tried taking me to Juvy when I was a teenager and the Juvy people wouldn't let them, told them just cuz I have a smart mouth doesn't mean I qualify for juvy (plus I had no record to back up the cops desire to put me there).

  6. It truly depends on the offense, i,e: murder would be only offence v.s crimes under $1000 would be multiple. It would also depend on your lawyer.

  7. One just one. cheers

  8. it sounds like you want to get in...

  9. Are you trying to get in or hoping not?

You can bring a gun to school or constantly fight.

I don't condone either. But they cases are looked at on an individual basis.

    Hope you aren't in trouble!

  10. it just depends what you do and by the way no one calls it juvinile hall anymore they call it the juvenile detention center

  11. what, do you want to go there?

  12. you and your parents are brought before a judge and if your parents say they tried to no avail then the judge sends you to Juvenal Hall. You could be given three or more warnings for petty issues however, three strikes and your out and three offenses is one too many.

  13. If I remember correctly...ahem...Once a juvenile is found guilty of a charge, they are placed on probation (depending on the severity of the crime).  If they continue to s***w up then it's the probation officers duty to place them in JH.  Like I said, it depends on the severity.  If a kid goes and pulls a job on a liquor store, then yeah, they're going to JH.

  14. Just one Big One, preferably before you turn sixteen so you can still qualify.  good luck
