On Thursday, September 8, Juventus took the first step towards a new era in their footballing history with an extravagant ceremony and a friendly game against the English outfit Notts County at their new stadium, Juventus Arena.
It was a moment of great joy for the club as well as the fans, as the stadium comes through after a very turbulent journey.

for the Old Lady and has scored 209 goals. The striker reckons the stadium to be the start of a revolution in Italian football and a very important milestone.
"It is a cultural revolution, and a revolution of the football world. It's an important step for us. I really hope this will now become the norm for Italian football and its stadiums," said the hitman.
Juventus Arena took two years to complete and is built on the site of the former Stadio delle Alpi. The seating capacity is reported to be 41,000 and the front rows are kept just seven meters from the field to deliver a more thrilling experience of the action.
