Juventus: There are no issues with winger Milos Krasic, claims Beppe Marotta – Serie A Update
Juventus have clarified the ambiguity filled up in Italy regarding the future of the winger, Milos Krasic, who was reckoned to be leaving Juve in the upcoming winter transfer window.
Speculations are rife that the Serbian winger might be on his way out after failing to star for the Bianconeri in the ongoing season. The player’s representative also hinted at a possible exit if his client does not get more play time.
However, Beppe Marotta, the Bianconeri director general, claimed that there are no such issues and Krasic will feature in games when he shows consistency.
While talking to media recently, Marotta said:
“There are no problems with Krasic. I still haven’t spoken to his agent, but the player hasn’t asked us to leave. Krasic is not playing at the moment simply because there are other players who are more in form.”
Furthermore, the Juve director was asked regarding the Juve targets for the winter transfer window. Fiorentina playmaker, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Riccardo-Montolivo-c31049, is a priority target for the Lady Killers and Marotta would try to lure the player to Turin in the winter transfer
window, according to reports.
However, the Juve official believes that no stars would be coming to Turin in winters as the head coach, Antonio Conte, has adjusted very nicely with the team.
“I don’t want to get into specifics. But no big name players will come in. Boss Antonio Conte has done well to adapt, now we’ll look at what we need to improve,” concluded Marotta.
Juve are, reportedly, also keen on adding young blood to the squad. Borussia Dortmund’s 19-year-old attacking midfielder, Mario Gotze, is known to be another target. Juve look upon Gotze as a possible replacement of the departing Captain and second-striker,
