The former Inter Milan centre forward has gone on to state that the Partenopei and Bianconeri outfits have improved immensely over the past few seasons.

Juventus and Napoli have gone on to reaffirm their intentions in the Serie A and whereas Juventus are looking
to assert their presence in the Serie A by defending their crown as the Serie A champions; http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Napoli-c40003 are looking to assert their presence in the Italian League.
The Partenopei outfit have been looking to enhance the quality in their squad and have done so successfully. They have bought in quality players like Valon Behrami, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Goran-Pandev-c15161, along with other players. This has been reflected
in their start to the 2012-13 season which has seen them secure victories in six out of their seven matches in the season.
They are currently level on points with the champions, Juventus, who have made reinforcements of their own in the Serie A. Crespo was talking to Radio Kiss Kiss and during his interview with the Italian radio broadcasters, he remarked on the tussle between
the Partenopei and the Bianconeri. He mentioned that the two sides would be the teams to defeat in this edition of the Serie A and also commented on their recent history. He was quoted to have said:
“Unless something extraordinary happens. Then I think Napoli and Juventus are favourites [for the title]. They both have a recent history of winning, their Coaches are amongst the best and the teams have already proven their worth this season. Other teams
are one step behind those two.”
The two clubs are set to meet each other on the 20th of October.
