The Rossoneri boss hails the Turin giants for the Scudetto win; looking to bounce back strongly in the next season
AC Milan boss Massimiliano Allegri has congratulated Juventus for winning the Scudetto, and believes that the injury problems throughout the season have halted their campaign.

see-saw, with the pendulum swinging either way in periods.
Juve pounced on Milan’s injury woes with a fantastic run of form and managed to clinch the league title under their noses. The Turin giants have also remained unbeaten throughout the season.
Allegri has applauded the Old Lady for a superb campaign, and believes that they are the rightful owners of the Scudetto. He also applauded his team for the wonderful fight for the title, and insists that they will return stronger
in the next campaign.
The former Cagliari boss is content with his team’s performance in the game against the Nerazzurri despite the defeat. He also blamed injuries for contributing to his side’s downfall in the game against Inter and throughout the
season.
While talking to the reporters, Allegri said:
“Juventus won the title, deserved to win it and it was a fascinating season with two teams on many points. Compared to last season, many more points were needed. Juventus had a great campaign, so did we despite all of the problems
we went through from injuries to incidents.”
“It’s difficult to say what Milan lacked compared to last year. We did make mistakes that forced a heavy price, including tonight when we were close to going 3-2 up and instead went 3-2 down. We played pretty well tonight and did
all we could to bring home the result, but this is football.”
The Rossoneri boss insisted that he will look to make some reinforcements in the summer transfer window, and will also tie up the pending deals.
Milan will face Novara in their final game of the season on Sunday, May 13.
