Juventus join Real Madrid and http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Sergio-c33030 Aguero with
£31 million bid
Serie A side Juventus are reportedly preparing to launch a bid for long time Chelsea and http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Real-c30728 Madrid target, Sergio Aguero.
The 23-year-old striker has been linked with a host of top European sides for a move in the summer, but so far has not agreed to a move.
Amongst those sides were Chelsea and Real Madrid, with both sides determined to out-do the other to sign the http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Argentina-c2841 international.
While Atletico Madrid have been reluctant so far to part ways with their prized players, the right amount of money could convince them.
While the Blues have remained persistent in their attempt to sign the young striker, they have not been successful because they are not prepared to meet the price tag.
Real Madrid are as determined, if not more, to sign Aguero but it is highly unlikely that Atletico Madrid will agree to sell their star player to their rivals.
Juventus on the other hand, the recent contenders for Aguero, could be willing to break the http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Bank-c38601 for the highly rated striker.
They are apparently close to making an offer of £31million, an amount that will not easily be dismissed by the La Liga side.
Juventus are expected to receive a large sum of money in investment from their owners, some of which will be used to clear debts, with the remaining to be spent in the summer transfer window.
A source close to the club revealed:
“There is around €120 million that will be put forward, but not all of this is for transfers.
A huge chunk of this money will likely be used to clear their debt as Juve are currently in the red by some €70m.
The rest of this cash will go towards the market, and so the CDA will have to approve these funds first. But it seems likely there will be around €50m for transfers.”
They continued:
“I think Juventus are more orientated towards Aguero in terms of signing a top player.
Aguero is the player most wanted by [coach Antonio] Conte and the club, but if he cannot arrive then they will look elsewhere.”
Aguero remains top priority for Juventus, but the club will have to move on and identify other targets if Atletico Madrid continue on refusing to sell the Argentinean forward.
