The former Bianconeri midfielder insists that the Old Lady require three more signings in order to complete their comeback to the top; tips Higuain to be a good addition
Former Italian International, Marco Tardelli, has voiced his opinion on the reason behind Juventus’ struggle to catch up with AC Milan in the run for Scudetto.
The veteran believes that the Bianconeri need three more star signings to take the final leap to the Serie A glory, and recommends a good striker such as Real Madrid’s Gonzalo Higuain will be a good option to start with.

the Rossoneri a run for their money.
While talking to La Gazzetta dello Sport, the 57-year-old said:
"It would take them three more signings in order to make that final leap in quality. And a striker of international class, someone like Higuain, would be very useful.”
The assistant coach to Ireland’s national side went on to say that the Bianconeri also require the services of a world class midfielder to take the strength of the already strong midfield to the next level. He pointed out that
the Old Lady will also need to find a replacement for Andrea Pirlo, as the team will need to rest the veteran star for the big games in UEFA Champions League.
"Additionally, they need another midfielder of the highest level, and a good back-up for Pirlo. Andrea will need to be rested occasionally for the Champions League next year."
Although Juventus finished seventh in the last season, the club is highly expected to finish in the top three this season, and qualify for the next year’s edition of the Europe’s elite championship.
The Old Lady is one of the most successful clubs in the history of the game. After their recent relegation from the top flight due to an embarrassing scandal, the Bianconeri need a major laurel such as the Scudetto to complete
their awaited comeback at the top of the league.
