The Bianconeri President has stated that winning the UEFA Champions League is the next target for the Vecchia Signora; believes that the time is right for the Old Lady to sign a big player.
Andrea Agnelli has revealed that winning the UEFA Champions League as the next target for the Turin giants, and insisted that the time has come for Juventus to buy a big player in order to take their next step.
The Vecchia Signora won the Scudetto this campaign, and are looking to strengthen their squad for the next season’s European tournament.
The Turin giants attempted to sign http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Giuseppe-Rossi-c15027 from Villarreal last summer, but their efforts ended in vain.
Agnelli stated that after having conquered Serie A, the next objective for the Bianconeri is to go for the European crown.
The Old Lady patron stated that they need a top player to take the Champions to the next level, and insisted that the time is right for the club to start looking for a star.
The Bianconeri President insisted that signing a big name two years ago would have been a waste, and stated that it would have been like buying an expensive TV when they had no home.
While talking to La Stampa, the 36-year-old said:
“Winning the Champions League is an objective for Juventus next season and we are now ready to net a top player. Signing a big name player two years ago would have been a waste of time. It would have been like buying a plasma TV
when you really needed to build a house first.”

Agnelli stated that now they have to sit down and make evaluations in order to find a suitable candidate, which will not only be a top gun but also a good lad.
