Juventus step up interest in Benfica's Joan Capdevila – Primeira Liga News
Italian giants Juventus have reportedly stepped up their interest in signing Benfica’s http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Dennis-Aogo-c10904 if they fail to land the Spanish International.
La Roja International, Capdevila, has had a torrid start to life in the Primeira Liga following his move from Villarreal in the summer.
The attacking left-back turned to Benfica in the later stages of his career, as he fell down the pecking order at his old club.  
With the aim of playing week-in, week-out, Capdevila put pen to paper on a deal at Estadio da Luz. However, everything has gone wrong for the experienced veteran up until now.
Starting from his failure to register his documents with UEFA on time, the Spaniard had to endure an unnecessary spell on the sidelines and missed out on a chance to make his impression at the helm.

Capdevila’s agent, Horacio Gaggioli, has admitted that his client might make a switch away from Benfica when the window opens. But he also revealed that such will be the case only if his problems at his current side do not end.
"He went to Benfica to play, if not the play we have to do something, Juventus and other teams may be solutions,” the representative said.
In order to keep his place in the national team, Joan Capdevila will have to be featuring in every other game on the domestic front. But this is close to impossible at Benfica and the best solution will be that he seeks greener pastures elsewhere.
