K, I have this bite is it from a tick or spider?

I woke up with this pain in my left arm just near my wrist this morning and it was only slightly raised. I've had it all day and now it is extremely bruised.(but this may be because i passed a vball on it today) There are two little holes in it. I think it is most likely a spider bite, but im not certain. It is red and raised at the site of the bite, but then its bruised around the red site.

Put either some ice on it, or a hot wet towel.

IF it hurts, use a pain pill/
